Personally, I can no longer stand the heat, almost all of my meds carry a warning about heat and sun sensitivity, and the cumulative affect has caused me to overheat very easily and if I am out in the sun for awhile, without sun block, I break out in an awful looking, bright red rash, so on the really hot
days, I prefer to hide in my bedroom with the air conditioner on turbo! LOL! One day, our friends wanted to take us out to eat, as a thanks for the help we provided after the car wreck that Ruth was involved in, and in just the short trip to Pizza Hut and a quick stop at the convenience store to grab some drinks on the way home, I broke out in a rash all over my right arm, which is where the sun hit since I was sitting in the passenger seat of the car. That was enough to make me hide inside ever since.

I would also like to apologize for the recent time gaps between your receipt of these newsletters, while I was writing them on a regular basis, usually twice a week, as usual, it turns out that our person who compiles the mailing list and actually sends them out to you was having email problems, and he wasn't receiving all the newsletters that I had sent to him. The problem has apparently been fixed now, though, so here we go, and to make up for the lack of newsletters, I am hunting up some good freebies for you to enjoy. This one will be later today though, as my connection keeps going down, making it hard to hunt for freebies and links, and I am currently trying to get into a chat feature with my ISP's CSR rep to have them figure out why!
