Presidential Election

Well, it is almost time for the American citizens to choose their next president of the United States,
If you have been watching the news lately you hear so many different versions and they are really
playing things out, I am amazed at the amount of one sidedness there is to the many stories they play
and how many times you hear sarcasim in the reporters voice.

Lately watching the news makes you wonder what ever happened to the fair reporting of the press?
Is there supposed to be anything like that in place? fair reporting?

You can definately tell on many of the news stations who they are rooting for and in the way
they treat the various guests that appear it is sometimes unreal! I know there is freedom of speech and
that is one great thing about this country.

It would just be nice to see the voters be able to assess the facts with unbiased reviews so they can see
the picture more clearly, I don't remember anytime in the past where there was ever such a huge amount
of unfair reporting on the two campaigns, it is really sad to see how people can act and how little respect they
show.

Even when Hillary Clinton was running against Obama the press was scrutinizing her every move more than his.

It appears no matter what happens,
this Election is going to be really close, and I pray that no matter what decision that we can move forward to a more stable America.

With the power that the media has over what the general public is hearing and how they base their opinions, I hope that many will take the time to review facts before they vote and not just go on heresay.

I know there have been so many issues raised?
Just a few questions to ponder

When the campaigns are going on, I wonder how much money each is spending on every event, not including clothing to be worn, it is expensive to get the banners, promotional products, advertising and so forth, so to try to hit things on one candidate and not the other? They want the events to look good and promote their candidates to the fullest!

A funny thing I thought about....watching the saturday night live clip with the "George Bush" saying a vote for McCain is a vote for me...

Well my thought is if Bill Clinton is going to be campaigning with Obama, a vote for Obama is like a vote for Bill Clinton.

Just another observation - you know people are worried about John McCain questioning character and some media outlets say it doesn't matter, that shouldn't be important? why would anyone bring these things up? Well if someone is going to be the highest office of the United States of America and representative for us, whey should character and some things matter? It does matter on the other candidates that run for office.

There were times before Clinton was elected and people were questioning his character and it was put on the back burner and look at the embarrassment that was caused down the line.

I pray the American People Make the right choice and God Bless America!
