Plan Ahead Dinners

Do you ever find yourself in that rut of having the same thing to eat frequently because its quick and easy or what you are just used to preparing to eat. Or, do you have those days when there is just no time to cook, everyone is hungry and ready to eat NOW, so you find yourself back at the fast food restaurant grabbing something fast and ready?
Here are some good ideas to possibly help ease that extra stress of what are we having to eat for supper or dinner. There are some great recipes for the crock pot that you can plan ahead and put something on to cook early in the day and have ready in time for dinner. If you don't own a crock pot you might want to check out some of the specials they have at Amazon.com. Crock pot's cook a tasty traditional mouth watering roast, carrots and potatos or a big pot of beans with ham or bacon and many more, and leave less stress at the end of the day when the famliy all gathers together.

There are books you can buy that have crock pot recipes or you can search online for crock pot recipes for a big variety.
I know so many times by the end of the day your mind has been in so many other areas that dinner time can really sneak up on you!
Another Great idea that is also money saving is to buy those huge family packs of ground beef, cook it up when you get it home and disperse into Tupperware Rock N Serve Freezer containers, then you just pop those out of the freezer and into the microwave and add your precooked beef to hamburger helper, spaghetti or any other dishes you prepare with ground beef, its so much faster than thawing out the meat and browning it and by buying in bulk you are already saving money per pound.
You can also use the Tupperware Rock N Serve to store leftovers from meals like Lasagna and when you pop in the microwave the Lasagna the flavor is just as good as the day you made it. There is nothing like having real home cooked food, beats a fast food burger any day!
